Help your child with the foundation of reading and fluency using the CVC Word Mat. By using this mat, your child will begin to understand each letter has it's own sound, and then create a simple word by blending those sounds together. Example; using the letters C A T, sound each letter out and then blend them together to create the word CAT. Once your child has mastered fluency in these individual sounds and three letter words, move on up to our CVCC/CCVC Word Mat, to create longer and trickier words.
